Shipping policy

1. Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
During festive seasons there may be an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch.
2. Shipping Methods
All orders will be sent using Australia Post.
We deliver to PO BOX and parcel lockers.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Rates
Delivery costs are listed separately on each item.
Purchasing above amount could entitle you to free delivery within Australia.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within Australia and to NZ. We currently do not offer international delivery to any other countries.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
